The Western Digital My Book Essential Edition external hard disk drive is the entry level model in Western Digital’s My Book range. The My Book Essential is an excellent platform for storage of data files, music, photos and video. Looking like a book when standing upright on a desk, the drive has a comparatively small footprint (they can be stacked on their side also).
